I used an embossed folder and distress inked it for the background. Then I created a wood effect card using a score board and coloured with distress inks. SSD C&S My Fair Lady Card

Hi. I'm here with a clean and simple card that I've made for the Outlaws June Monthly Progressive Challenge. This month's lovely image has been made by Sheepski Designs. She's called My Fair Lady. Here is a link to Sheepski Designs Challenge Blog and Facebook Group.

I found a Sketch challenge and I thought this image would be perfect to use for the challenge. The challenge is called Feeling Sketchy.

This is the Feeling Sketchy Layout for this challenge #171.

I've coloured this image using watercolour pencils. The background I left as it is to direct the attention to the image. I created the frame and computer generated the sentiment myself. The foliage is a M&C Boutique die cut sold at The Works. Which I've topped with a 3D pre-made flower. I was happy with the finished card. I showed it to my seven year old daughter who said 'it's nice but I think it needs a butterfly' I agreed and added one along with a few gem flowers.

SD Pink Time To Celebrate Card

Hi. This is my second card this month I've made using a Scrappers Delight digital stamp. I've made it for the Scrappers Delight Facebook Progressive Challenge using a gorgeous digital stamp called Lady Constance.

I have fussy cut her out. Then layered her up on a butterfly stamp background which I've coloured and some paper I embossed and distress inked using a Pocket watch and small script Tri-Boss Universal Embossing Folder. The sentiment is from a Peachy Keen Stamp set PKSC-04 April 2012. I added a pearl and a die cut heart lock. I then made some 3D flowers and a handmade bow that I placed on some lace to embellish the card.

LS Bride and Groom Card

Hi. Today I'm happy to be sharing my new creation for the new Lemon Shortbread Blog Challenge which is challenge #42. I've done a bit of experimenting with this make using two digital stamps merged together to create a Bride and Groom. The images I've used are Bride Gown and Kissing Couple. Here's where you can find more of Lemon Shortbread's beautiful images.

I've coloured them using Touch Five Marker and pencils. I've used die cutters to make the frame, flowers and foliage. I did a bit of recycling and experimenting with the windows pattern glass effect. I used a plastic milk bottle and ran a M&C Boutique flourish die cut that I got from The Works. It created this lovely effect on the reverse. So I decided to add it to my card. So you could see the effect I created more clearly I put dark blue card stock behind it. I must say I was pleased by how the window turned out. I computer generated the sentiment myself.

The sentiment is from a Clearly Besotted stamp set called Design A Tree. To finish it off I added  some ribbon, a premade satin rose and a premade matching bow.
